Kitchen Heat – and Thursday Sabbath

I think we need to start a Slow Down Party.
A One More Person at Work Party.
Avoid Stressful Activity Party.
But ban the Work Smarter Not Harder Party.
The Rationalisation Party
The Are you sure this is the right place for you Party                                                         The I work all God given hours Party                                                                                  See I am successful Party                                                                                                   Instead let’s have a Family Party                                                                                       A Sit down and eat together Party                                                                                     A Time Out Party                                                                                                               A Live Life Party                                                                                                                 An Our Street and Community Party                                                                                  A Working Well Party

I am just wondering for the umpteenth time how people are expected to work the same hours, using fewer colleagues and still be told that they are in charge of their stress levels so must work smarter not harder.  When will they see the kitchen needs redesigning urgently, not evacuating.  I am obviously grouchy today!  I am so fortunate, I have one day off a week apart from Saturday and Sunday.  So the pay reflects this, but there is not enough money in the world to make me go in on that precious day off. My Sabbath.
