The tornado
Gathering pace
Funnelling
All in its path
Tree trunk dense
Solid
Growing
Whirling round
And ground
Ripped beneath
Our feet
Root and branch
Torn
Matchsticks
Of all we thought
Secure
Lines drawn
This side torn
That side blown
